[2.0.21] Desync of all clients on connection (orbital logistics)

Hi,

Everything went well last night. Nothing special done by the players.
After the update this afternoon, every players are desync from the server (my own Unbuntu server) as soon as we connect.

I download the map and try it solo in local and it's OK.
I launch a self-hosted server with the map and everything is OK when I'm alone or with another player.

EDIT:
I didn't mention it but we play in vanilla, no mods

I have been experiencing something very similar (started happening on previous game versions). We are playing a modded game tho. However, until 500+hrs on the save, everything was going smoothly. Suddenly, desyncs started to happen. We removed some unused mods, sometimes this would prolong the no desyncs gametime, but at some point no one could join the game anymore and would desync immediately after connecting.

I tried comparing the .dat files in HxD but it seems like the values differ by a value of 1, and they don't point to anything I could recognise.

I tried deleting players data using the /admin panel, and that would allow someone to join the game, but after a few seconds they would desync again.

EDIT:
What's interesting is that after a couple of hours, we notice someone can connect normally. After some time, they cannot. It really is random.

Same on 2.0.23. It seems like we once we make it work we can play as long as we can, but if we leave and go to sleep for example, and try to join +-6-10hrs later you can no longer connect without a desync.

Desyncs are one of if not the hardest thing to diagnose and fix. Without solid reproduction steps the chance of them being fixed is almost zero. That said, there have been a few desync issues fixed between this game version and the latest. Does this still happen? And if so, do you know of any steps that make it happen?
