If you add an additional item to the results of the `scrap-recycling` recipe, that item is obtained by hand-recycling but not by recycling in a recycler.

Thanks for the report,
This seems like the mods issue to resolve, the recycler has a output inventory size of 12:
`result_inventory_size = 12,`

If there are more max outputs for any of the recipes the mod can/should adjust this so all the outputs can fit

You still observe this effect if, like me, you used a recycler emptying into steel chests such that the player never sees the recycler's output slots filled but the recycler silently produces zero of the 13th ingredient.
