[2.0.20] Underground belt exit ghost replacement fails

When replacing conveyor ghosts (including underground ones), everything is replaced correctly except for the exit of the underground conveyor belt.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place ghosts with underground conveyors and obstacles
2. Install a conveyor on top of the ghost
Behavior:
The exit of the underground conveyor does not get installed
Note:
If you remove the underground conveyor exit from the ghost, everything works correctly
Expectation:
The ghost should be replaced with conveyors as specified in the ghost
