Add option for recyclers to output stacks

TL;DR
There should be an option for recyclers to buffer the output till they can output a full stack.
What?
Other entitites that output directly onto a belt, like big mining drills, will output stacks. Recyclers should have an option to output stacks.
Why?
Just a QoL change. One needs rather a lot of recyclers and they do output a lot so belt throughput becomes an issue. Having recyclers output into chests and then having to add circuit logic for a stack inserter to take out anything >= 16 is tiresome.

Maybe, but the end result is worth it.

Currently recycler will already output stack when they can , meaning when it's single kind of output.
If they have different output ( most of the time) they are not guaranteed to be able to output a full stack before deadlocking, scrap mining with quality for example wil lead to those situations. So i don't think it is possible to add that option, it sound like it would be very un-intutive how and when the option can be used.
