Intended behavior is to not be able to deconstruct with right mouse click when holding a BP / ctrl-c/x in hand.
However, I believe there should be a toggle to allow such deconstruction for those who would make use of it.
Could be placed in the hidden settings

Brainstorming ideas:

Make the deconstruction available only when the blueprint is smaller than current zoom - screen size - but where to draw the line?

Pressing the right button with bp in hand will increase transparency on the blueprint allowing to see more behind it - transparency restored when significantly moved or fade in after few seconds of no action

Would this, possibly be better as a QoL Mod ?
