[2.0.20] Error IDWithQuality.cpp:274: consistency check failed: iron-ore, <null>

After update to 2.0.20 there is fail to load saves, also autosaves.
Provided bug report is generated after trying to update mods. Earlier I tried 2.0.19 version with the same result.
