[2.0.20] Kovarex Enrichment Recipe

I did post that comment as well, but since there had been no activity in that thread for almost three weeks after my comment, I figured I should give the issue its own post since the OP was talking about the space age recipe. The patch note is worded poorly. It should say purple science is no longer required for space age (and mention that space science is required instead).
