What did you do?
Tried changing the quality with the shortcut (ALT + Scrollwheel)

What happened?
Since there is a scroll-bar in that menu, the scroll bar moved instead of the quality being changed.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
That the quality would be changed while holding down ALT and scrolling

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.

It looks like when there's a scrollbar, the hotkey just doesn't work, it will scroll instead.
It will do this on constant combinator value selection for example.
