[2.0.15] Personal laser origin point offset firing on stompers

Personal lasers have a visual offset when triggered against stompers bug continues on other enemies.
It works fine against everyone else or i think it is.

Thanks for the report. It was actually the tesla gun you have equipped causing the issue. It's now fixed for the next release.
