[2.0.19] Fulgoran lightning attractors are not shown on map anymore

In v2.0.18 (and older versions), Fulgoran lightning attractors are shown on the map as blue dots/squares. In 2.0.19 they seem to not show up.
Also, previously discovered attractors but currently out of radar coverage keep their blue dot on the map as long they stay out of radar coverage. Once they get into the range and the map chunk is updated, their dot disappears.
The outputs of in v2.0.18 vs. v2.0.19:
Probably related to the fixed 118205 Mining lightning attractor does not inform about items received.
