Let the cargo bay connect to the circuit network with same options as cargo landing pad.

What?

Let a cargo bay connect to the circuit network with the same options.
When "reading content" then output the content of the cargo landing pad.
When "set request" then set the request for the cargo landing pad.

This does not automatically connect the circuit network of cargo bay and cargo landing pad.
Different "set request" are added.

Why?

This way you can read the content of your cargo landing pad and also set the requests at the same time. This gives you a lot more possibilites when handling the cargo landing pad.
