Document cargo bays increasing planetside item throughput

TL;DR
The item throughput increase of cargo bays added to the landing pads on the planet's side should be documented in the Tips & Tricks, and on the tooltip of the cargo hub.
What?
Cargo bays increase throughput for planets! But apparently only for those placed planetside. This feature should be documented briefly in the tips & tricks section and put in the tooltip/factoriopedia entry for a cargo hub. Cargo Bay "Increases the hub and landing pad inventory size, and increases the amount of drop pods the landing pad can accept." Ideally, some sort of formula/nerdy graph should be shown somewhere, because this is a game for people who get into numbers and it would be a disgrace to leave it only as something floating around the community wiki.
Why?
Features that aren't obvious to players should be explained in the game!
