Circuit condition planner

Hello all,
I would like to have an upgrade planner for swapping out circuit network and filter information.
It helps in a situation like this:
I make a setup for two recyclers feeding each other after a buffer on a certain item plastic, to automatically destroy it over a desired amount.
After copy and pasting my setup, instead of having inserters looking for plastic to be over 100,000 in a buffer before turning on I'd like it to look for copper, or steel if breaking down low density structures.
Although this can be avoided with forethought by using Anything > 100,000 = Enable and separating each buffer into it's own circuit network, I believe there are other uses I haven't thought of for the circuit planner like filtered inserters taking off a belt.
Apologies if this is frequently suggested or in the game already, I searched the frequently suggested and implemented posts but didn't see it.
