[2.0.17] Biter egg recipes under the wrong research

The biter egg and nutrients from biter egg recipes is unlocked by Captivity, but you can’t use the recipes until you unlock Biter egg handling, so the recipes should be under Biter egg handling.

I think this makes sense. This change looks reasonable (moving those unlocks to biter egg handling technology) while i was unable to find arguments the other way around (assuming those recipe unlocks were already under biter egg handling, to move them back to captivity) so it has a high chance of being a correct decision. Fixed for 2.1.
