More options for item requests quality filter

Now you cannot choose to request 400 items with quality > normal.
Please add such option by requesting:
1) 400 of each that meet the filter or
2) 400/(no .of qualities that meet the filter) of each items.
Whichever will be fine since we can easily adjust the amount to the method you choose.
