[2.0.15] Cargo Landing Pad - Requests are set, but it is receiving unsolicited items

Here’s the setup for the correct behavior:

Bug:
Roboport > [G] Green Wire > [G] Pole
[G] Pole + [G] Constant Combinator > [G] Decider Combinator (with 2 input wires connected) > [G] Arithmetic Combinator > [G-Green Wire] Cargo Landing Pad

Even if the output of the last combinator (Arithmetic) before the Cargo Landing Pad does not send a Processing Unit as an output signal, and the Processing Unit does not appear in the "Controlled by Circuit Network," the Cargo Landing Pad still receives a large number of Processing Units from the space platforms.

I tried to separate the Green/Red inputs of the Decider Combinator, but it had no effect.

Edit 1: I'm not sure if this issue is specific to Fulgora. Even without the circuit connection and using only a simple "Section," I experience the same behavior on Fulgora.
As you can see, there are 4472 Processing Units in the logistics network, but another 100 are still on the way. It’s very annoying because, after a few hours of gameplay, my Cargo Landing Pad becomes full of Processing Units, preventing other items from "landing" in it.

Hello,

Can you provide your save game?

Also are you trashing processing units from a platform in orbit?

Attached is the save game, right before the "Alpha" platform drops the "Processing Unit" at "Fulgora."

After reviewing the bug description again, I might have identified the issue (though I’m not certain if it’s a bug). Here’s the sequence:

1. The platform loads 100 Processing Units from Nauvis.
2. It travels to Vulcanus, where there are already more than 100 Processing Units.
3. It then travels to Fulgora, with a load condition set to "load 0/max: 0 Processing Units." This condition causes the "Processing Units" to be dropped on Fulgora.

HI,

In that case it doesn't seem to be a bug, you are trashing the items and they land at the cargo landing pad
