Make the slider on space platform requests go in increments of rocket capacity, not stack size

TL;DR
Use rocket capacity, not stack size, as the slider increment on space platform imports.

What?
For example, Electromagnetic Plants have a stack size of 20, but a rocket capacity of 5. If I set up a new import request, the slider goes 0, 20, 40, etc. I want it to go 0, 5, 10, 15, etc.

Why?
I'm much more interested in how many rockets it will take, than how many cargo slots it will fill up. As an extreme example, centrifuge has a stack size of 50, but a rocket capacity of 1! But 50 is the smallest request I can make without typing in the text box.

Yes! The default request should be the rocket capacity, not the stack size.

Yeah, rocket capacity seems to be a more relevant unit here ?

Ideally, it would have two-level gradations (just like a rule having both cm and mm gradations) for both stack and rocket (when distinct), but I understand that this probably requires a whole new GUI widget so might be too much to ask for...
