(2.0.16) Biochamber returning incorrect "Read Content" signal

It appears I have a Biochamber that returns the incorrect values for it's "Read Contents" circuit connection.
The Biochamber (which is set for iron bacteria cultivation) has only 4 bioflux in it's inventory (including nutrients and trash slot). Yet, the circuit network plugged in it return 5 bioflux and 1 iron bacteria (which is it's content + the ingredients)

Expected behavior:
Circuit network returns 4 bioflux, 0 iron bacteria
Current Behavior:
Circuit network returns 5 bioflux, 1 iron bacteria
The reproduction steps are unknown, as the bug seems to have appeared in the last 4 hours since my last autosave.
