[2.0.15] Blueprints with absolute snap-to-grid containing rails and non-rails place incorrectly

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a blueprint containing items that must snap to 2x2 (suck as rails) and items that don't need to snap to 2x2.
  2. Enable absolute snap-to-grid, and set the x an y values to ODD numbers.

  3. Save the blueprint.
  4. Place the blueprint. Notice that it places correctly.
  5. Edit the blueprint and "select new contents for the blueprint". Select the same contents as before and save.

  6. Place the blueprint again. Now the non-snapped objects are off by 1 in both the x and y directions (in fact some elements are overlapping)! See ghosted objects:

Thoughts:
Based on the first and second screenshots, it looks like the blueprint builder is choosing different origin points depending on whether this is a new blueprint or an existing blueprint. It should choose a consistent origin.

Mods enabled (note: I suspect this is reproducible with just the base mod but haven't tested):
  • Base mod (2.0.15)
  • Elevated Rails (2.0.15)
  • Quality (2.0.15)
  • Space Age (2.0.15)

It happens on 2.0.16 as well. I've also checked it with just the base mod loaded and the result is the same:

Description looks similar to 117957 that is marked as fixed for next release so i will mark this topic as duplicate.
