[2.0.15] Crash on vulcanus related to power: "the energy source was not saved"

i was upgrading my power grid on vulcanus when i got a power source error when the game tried to auto save, manual saving got the same error, loading the previous auto save crashed the game. dump-previous and the previous log included in attachments. submitting this because the crash prompt said to, thanks for yalls time
