[2.0.15] Black sprite borders and grid pattern visible in space platform background

Black lines are constantly visible. There are 2 types:
- static grid pattern
- asteroid sprite borders that move and rotate with them

If you press F4 to open the debug options, are any options checked on the "always" tab, such as these ones? Do the lines go away if you press F5 (which toggles the options on the "debug" tab)?

No, I've clicked through all of the options and lines are always visible.
