2.0.15 - Unable to delete Space Platform Foundations

Hello,
Myself and at least one other user (see related discussion here: viewtopic.php?t=120260) are experiencing issues with being unable to delete Foundations on space platforms. The behavior is inconsistent as well, although the end result is always not being able to delete them.
On my first space platform, I have never been able to delete the platform Foundations at all. Using Alt+D or a deconstruction planner marks the foundations with a red X like they are going to be deleted, but nothing actually ever happens. There is nothing preventing the deconstruction (i.e. there is plenty of storage space, there is nothing going on with logistics preventing them, they are unoccupied tiles, etc).
I built a second space platform to test, and without doing anything else to the starter platform I was able to delete the default foundations. However I then added a few basic buildings (inserters, belts, mk3 factory, etc) and then was NOT able to delete them any more (it still marks them with an X, but nothing ever happens).
The other user (in the linked thread) reported that loading their save on a different computer caused it to start working, and other users that tried the save also had no issues deleting the foundations. So it seems potentially related to the local environment it is running on (although I have a fresh install of the OS and not much else).
After 75h with Space Age this is the only issue I've found, so something weird is going on. But it's a pretty big issue, it adds a LOT of extra materials/mass to platforms and makes it basically impossible to do anything that looks like a 'nice' build.
My save is attached, although like I said it seems to be something that may work on other computers.
