Anytime that I request a not = to common or > common quality item in a requester or buffer chest, nothing comes, even though I can see them in my network (Red chests).

Thanks for the report. You can not make requests for ranges of qualities. You will notice that when you set a range the amount gets set to 0, because it is no longer a request but a trashing condition.

You can only request == common or == rare and so on.
