Oscillating minimap when hovering.

What did I do: with Mech Armor equipped hovered over foundry. At some point my eye caught a slight movement of the minimap.

Apparent issue: hovering over a certain area of the foundry causes the up-down movement of the minimap as if the character was constantly moving up and down. Hovering over different area of the foundry does not cause this issue. I was unable to reproduce it with other entities.

It may not be a gamebreaking problem or anything, but it is something I've noticed.

Having this on 2.0.20 as well. It's not entity-specific - as far as I can tell it happens when the hovering motion takes you above and below a point at which the minimap would shift by 1 pixel. When starting to hover you can see how the minimap nearly always moves down by 1 pixel, from there it's not hard to find a location where that breakpoint happens in the middle of the hovering animation.

I'd say this is very nearly a complete non-issue, but my VA monitor doesn't handle transitions to/from pure black pixels very well, and when there's a coal patch on the minimap it results in a very distracting flicker.

The hover also negatively impacts controller targeting precision.
