[2.0.15] Research "Effects" tooltip incorrect when queueing multiple of same research upgrade (e.g. infinite research)

If you queue multiple of the same infinite research technologies (or other technologies that apply) and go one by one looking at the Effects, you'll notice that the tooltip for each is actually the same which is unexpected. I would think that the effects would compound with each upgrade in the tooltip and not just show the current state of the upgrade.
For instance, in the screenshots, Worker Robot Speed 17 and 22 show the same +955% -> +1020% speed tooltip, but I would have expected upgrade 22's Effects to reflect the speed upgrades from upgrade 17 through 21.
