Trains not leaving for the next station if currently in a station with same name

If a train has 2 same stations in the queue with the same departure conditions (such as when there is more stations with the same name and Its supposed to service more than one of them) and has fulfilled its departure condition, then the train will not leave its current stations, instead it will think it already left and arrived at the same time, and further more it will not reset the departure condition. This persist even if the station the train is currently in is turned off or has its train limit filled already, or even if the train limit is set to 0.
