Selector combinator -> Quality transfer mode, when choose the option "Select from signal", and set "each" as the Target signal, the selected signal won't be in the output.
In the picture, the output I expected was:
Epic is the highest quality in all Electronic Circuit signals, so this setting will transfer all the signal into epic.
It worked well for other signals but not for Electronic Circuit signals.

As far as i can tell this is working exactly as it was designed to: signals that match the quality source are excluded from the output as they are effectively a control signal.
