Hello there I seem to have a weird problem with filling rocket silo from my logistic network

I transport science packs from Vulcanus to other places and I also have some labs on Vulcanus.
I seem to find that that rocket get stuck in the prepping with 999 science packs and can not get the last one while there is plenty in the network, I am using some mods, "advance solar high resolution" and "Bots Bots Bots"

Given there are no save files and no log files i am going to assume it is the same issue as 119474 which is fixed for 2.0.15.

did try have have a look but did not it found that one sorry
