TL;DR

Personal logistic groups would benefit immensely from multiplier.

What?

Personal logistic groups are outstanding feature and i use it a lot. I have created group for most of my activities. It works. I select a group in personal logistics tab and i get all items i need.

I think this feature can be improved if for each group you would add a multiplier and it would get those items multiplied by multiplier. By default it would be 1 so no breaking changes. But if i choose 2 then i would get twice amount of items in that group. If i choose 3 then i would get 3 times amount.

Now when this functionality is not present i need to create groups like "Provider station x3" where i myself calculate amounts for 3 provider stations. I also have groups like "One provider 3 requester stations" where I request all items to build one provider station with 3 requester stations.

It would be much better if in those scenarios i would set amount that i need for 1 instance of something and just have multipliers which i would choose.

then i could select two groups - Provider station with multiplier 1 and Requester station with multiplier 3

It would let create personal logistic groups specifically for 1 instance of what i intend to do.

By increasing multiplier I could easily see at what multiplier it does not fit in my inventory anymore. Also i could try different combinations with different groups and see if it fits my inventory without doing all calculation manually trying and then removing items from group manually when it does not fit. For instance Provider station with multiplier 1 and Requester station with multiplier 3

Err... this is already a thing. Click the pencil icon to change the logistic group name. To the right of the name entry box is the multiplier box.
