Player character cannot move south-west (lower left). All other directions are fine. I've only tried with player character and spidertron (haven't tried any other vehicles).

Try resetting the keybindings.

Is there an "all force" method? When I go to controls, everything is standard. When I change the WASD to something else, there is a red "undo" type button that appears and I can "reset to default 1". I did that for all WASD and still occurring. As mentioned though, I can move "South" or "West", just not Southwest (diagonal).

Try to download the standalone zip version from the website, create a new map without changing any binding, and give it a try. If you can move South-West, then you can compare all your options and keybindings side to side to pinpoint where the issue comes from. It could be that one of your keybindings for south or west also does something else that parasites the "south-west" combination.

Just a note. I noticed the movement came back after my PC rebooted, but soon after would stop again. When I restarted my steam client, it would also come back and soon after stop again. Since the last week, the movement has been available without stopping. It's probably something that got fixed on the Steam Client side. Thanks.

Consider that it might also be a keyboard software / hardware issue ??

South-west are keys AS with the WASD keybindings. About the most often pressed keys on your keyboard. Check proper operation of your keyboard hardware. Might need a thorough cleaning or just a new keyboard. Check with a different keyboard before you send yourself on a fool's errand by searching for software issues.
