[2.0.14] Train send read value to the train

I really y don't know if it's a bug but the behaviour is a little bit weird.
when reading value from a train stop and sending some to the train.
If we are expecting no signal for trigger an interrupt the train use the read value of the train stop.
I have try to by pass on the red network by add -C to the network but the train take the value from the green network
I think we could expect that the read value from the station are not send to the train and have the possibility to choose which network is send to the train.
