Let Recyclers be built in Electromagnetic Plant

So, I have been playing Space Age since it came out - chose Fulgora as my first planet once I got off-world and figured out space platforms. It took a bit to get used to, but recyclers are definitely a game changer, and I found myself looking forward to getting back to Nauvis with the new tech.
And then I found out that Recyclers can't be built on Nauvis, because 'The magnetic field is too low.' Fair enough, it's not the only piece of Fulgora tech that is locked to building on that planet.
And then I noticed that recyclers cannot be built in the Electromagnetic Plant. The Fulgora-specific assembler building. The one whose description is 'critical for electromagnetic research and processes'. This seems like an oversight to me - if the reason why I can't build the recycler on other worlds is because the magnetic field is too low, surely the Electromagnetic Plant should be able to build them. So... I am requesting that the Recycler be added as a valid recipe for the Electromagnetic Plant. (Not that it would be removed from other buildings... just that it can be added there, in addition to the other places it can be assembled.)
