[Klonan] [2.0.14] can't interact with ui below transparent ui

when the height of the circuit connection and logistic connection ui does not exactly match the height of the window they're attached to, then there is a transparent part to complete the rectangle
when trying to interact with some other ui like the ui for quickbars, shortcuts, pins or the minimap through this transparent part, then the ui below is ignored and it is possible to interact with entities below that

Thanks for the report. You must have pressed a GUI debugging shortcut, Ctrl + F6. Pressing it again will fix your issue.

yes, i used that to make it clearer what i mean
it does not change anything of relevance to this bug (it only highlights the window and shows the debug tooltip)
here is a screenshot of the bug still occuring with it turned off:

Moving back to assigned as fix was reverted due to some difficulties.

After fixing the problem with the fix it is now again fixed for the next release (2.0.39)
