[2.0.14] Game freezes when alt-tabbing

Title is basically it, the game freezes like 50% of the time when I alt-tab, I need to kill the process from task manager in order to close the game. You can find a log file attached.
I've tried disabling the steam overlay, MSI afterburner and RivaTuner to no avail.
