[2.0.13] Visual Glitch - Main menu background - Minimal UI Scale - Ultrawide monitor

Dear Forum,
when the main menu simulation on minimal UI scale switches to a new base, sometimes visual artifacts are left behind on the right or left side.

It looks like the chunks have not fully generated yet, or part of the previous simulation stayed there.
I am using an ultrawide monitor, so my view area is wider than usual.
I am playing Space Age 2.0.13 without mods.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Space Age 2.0.13 on a wide enough screen
2. Press Ctrl+Num- until you reach the minimum UI scale
3. wait for the simulation of the next base

OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.4317
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
GPU: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Driver version: 31.0.101.4255
Driver date: 16/03/2023

Yes, I don't see how this prevents anyone from playing and enjoying the game, so I moved it to "Won't fix"
