[2.0.13] Belt drag over ghost does not insert "exit"

When dragging a belt ghost over something so tunnels are inserted and then manually build those ghosts while always miss the exit in 2.0.13
Starting Point with Obstacle Dragging ghost Then placing manually by dragging always happens in the other direction Would expect it to also place the exit agai
I think this worked on an older SpaceAge version
