[2.0.14] [SA] RU: Suggestion on renaming agricultural science

Agricultural can be translated to Russian in different ways, most notably -- "сельскохозяйственный" (farming) and "агропромышленный" (agro-industrial). The first one is currently used, but the second (IMAO) fits Factorio spirit much better as it refers to the industry. (That's what we are here looking for, aren't we?)
