[2.0.13] Crash on opening the inventory (NumberInputGuiSettings::ValueFormatter::ValueFormatter)

HI everyone.
I'm trying to open my save (space age, the begining), press E and it crashes.

Now Steam downloaded 207KB patch and the game does not crash anymore.
Big thanks for the fix
