Gleba landing pad is requesting 200 belts, platform AtomLegend is in orbit around Gleba and should be sending them down to the landing pad, but is not dropping them.

It looks like this is caused by a "request for construction" for 0 belts that isn't getting cleared. To get into this situation, I:
1. tried to place red belts on AtomLegend when it had none, leaving a construction ghost and a "request for construction"
2. re-enable production of red belts on AtomLegend
3. wait for belts to be inserted into the platform hub to construct all the ghosts
4. wait for more belts to be inserted into the platform hub that it should drop to the planet

At this point, regardless of how many surplus belts it has, the platform is stuck "requesting" 0 belts and won't perform any more belt drops.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. You can clear construction requests by toggling them off and on (I think) or adding another planet to your schedule and pressing go (you don't need thrusters).
