Disable achievements

TL;DR
Add a setting to disable all achievements.
Why?
Achievements are just annoying popups that take up screen space and distract me from what I actually care about. But the most annoying part is how /editor does not work on first usage. I'd much prefer it if the game could act as if achievements don't exist- /editor always works first time and achievements are never tracked or displayed.
