[2.0.x] Change mouse cursor on moveable GUI

TL;DR

What?
This one really just scratches an itch. 2.0 added a new visual feedback on moveable GUI panels (such as the inventory), the cursor becomes the one used for clickable links, which is absolutely not fitting.
