Space platform doesnt start when one of the "or" conditions is met

Space platform currently on Vulcanus, waiting conditions are "All request completed" OR "ammo<400". As seen from the screenshot, it has less than 400 ammo but wont start traveling to Navius.

Thanks for the report. The platform is waiting for rockets to arrive and this has priority over schedule - not a bug.

I have only one rocket silo at Vulcanus, and it was waiting for several rocket deliveries. It started traveling only after there was 60 foundries at the platform. is it supposed to work like that? I was expecting it to complete current delivery and then continue the schedule

If your rocket production can't keep up, that is fixed for the next release (
118163). Rockets which aren't ready won't get assigned more requests.
