its not using tier 2 to place platform to place as normal platforms

copying it with q doesnt change things as it tries to place tier 1

Also see Quality Space Platform pieces not usable for expanding Space platform, Can't create quality space platform, Uncommon Space Platform Starter Pack cannot be used to create platform, Can't send Quality starter pack.
