Dialogs follow cursor / remember position

It's not interesting moving cursor around screen, when using a big 4K monitor.
Most UI should open near cursor position when I press a shortcut key, instead of center of screen, especially player inventory.
Some UI need remember last position, such as combinator's. When I click another combinator, the dialog should display at same location as last opened one.
It's really painful to debug a large circuit. I need to stand far away from them, and waste half of my screen.
