Inventory gone after name change

I changed my factorio username earlier, and when I resigned in, my inventory dissapeared. I have no problem moving files and stuff around if I have to do that to save my stuff, I had some digging in the files but I couldnt find anything so if anyone knows how to save it please help!

Hello, you could try running this command: /swap-players <old_name>

Is this still valid? as in does it work?
I changed my username via the Factorio website, and after this I lost all items i had on my character and all blueprints when I log in to the server I have been playing on.

update, the command works. was able to get the inventory back
