Pump restricting flow

When placing a pump, it's completely restricting flow where pipes in its place allow flow, seen when fluid box info is shown
Currently in the attached save, the pump is stopping flow, replacing it with pipes allows the turbines to function

Your pump info window says "can also be placed on water for loading and unloading oil tankers"
Could the cargo ship mod be responsible?

Hello, to me it looks like one pump is not enough for so many turbines - you can see the pumping speed is at 100%. Not a bug.
