[2.0.12] desync bug while removing rail elevation ramp blueprint

I am in a multiplayer game with a few other players doing various things, and while making a coil for an artillery train, I experienced a desync bug. Either elevation ramps are blueprints and are just far enough apart that it would require a rail support. I was trying to move the exterior ramp blueprint, but some robots were already trying to place the rail bridges between the ramps. Removing this reliably causes both desync reports I generated. The server is hosted using the standalone multiplayer server config, not a locally hosted one. I believe the owner uses AMP for setup. No other mods besides Space Age were used, and the issue occurred on Nauvis.

tl;dr instructions for recreation; join multiplayer game, remove exterior rail blueprint that is within 20 tiles.

Linking both reports in case they are different, but both were caused by the same issue.

Given that the desync report contains differences around construction robots and entity ghosts, it looks like related to 117282 so i will mark this as a duplicate.
