Generic trains with burner furnaces?

I'm trying to make a factory that uses no belts (except on space platforms). This means my automation has trains carrying stuff from mines and foundries, well before I have unlocked electric furnaces. Pre-2.0, I would have dedicated ore trains, with restricted slots in their cargo, travel to both the copper/iron mines and to the fuel mines/factories, so both ore and fuel inputs were available for the furnaces.
I'm excited to do it again in 2.0 with generic, interrupt-based train scheduling.
The problem is, there's no good way (that I can figure out) to schedule a train that has both fuel and raw materials in its cargo using generic schedules. The "Any Item" signal triggers on fuel cargo, and the train locks up with no path because there's no (for example) coal drop-off station.
Could you maybe add an "Any Non-Fuel Item" signal to the available train interrupt conditions?
