[boskid][2.0.12] Rail signal going red without train

I have the following train crossing setup, but it seems to give a red signal in the middle without any train being there. I cannot figure it out, I might have made a mistake with the train signals, but it seems to be a bug;
Thanks in advance. I can also send the save if that makes it easier, I made a backup with the lockup.
Edit: After some testing, this is seems to be an issue with the overhead train (signals). If I move the signals on the bridge down 2 squares it works fine since now it divides the 'tunnel' in two separate segments (visually, on the blueprint this looks odd). The two 'tunnel' tracks will also have different segment colors if placed in this lower position. If I remove the bridge signal completely, the two 'tunnel' tracks always have the same segment color.
Edit2: I think I have the bug specified down to the color of the signal segments, if I remove and place the bridge rail signal multiple times and the tracks have the same color, they work incorrectly, one train blocks both tracks. If they have a different color it works correctly.
