[2.0.12] In vanilla game fish don't go to space

Being in the vanilla version of the game, I couldn't send a fish into space. The fish is stuck in the sky and in theory this can very much interfere and it is no longer possible to produce fish by sending space packages into space in the vanilla version of the game.
